While I have verbally thanked you for putting together a team at such short notice to provide the simultaneous translation service to delegates at our 38th Biennial Conference in Mpumalanga from 17 to 19 October, I would like to formally place on record our sincere appreciation.

The team of translators and technicians were efficient, cooperative and remained friendly under somewhat trying circumstances.  Feedback from the majority of delegates was that this empowered them to participate more fully and enjoy being able to listen to proceedings in the language of their choice.
